Primary care utilizing doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants by providing physician office visits and referrals for testing to specialists as determined by the physician will be provided/attempted.

ReDiscover provides assessment, crisis prevention/intervention and counseling for students at all grade levels and in coordination with local school districts. ReDiscover can help with issues including anxiety, stress, peer or family problems, substance use disorders, depression, discipline problems, suicide risk and bullying/violence.

Offers a variety of day camp programs throughout the school year for when schools are off. Also offers summer enrichment camps.Day Camp is $110/week for members and $160/week for non members, plus a $100 registration fee. Parents can deposit $20 for each week to reserve the spot and pay the balance the Friday before their child attends but the deposit is not refundable. Scholarships are available up to 60% to pay for membership and up to 50% to pay for after summer school camp and/or day camp.

Provides animal control.

Residential Scholarship Program: Long-term care for academically capable boys and girls with family, neighborhood or environmental obstacles. Boys and girls live in residential homes and are provided with college-preparatory education through high school. This is a voluntary placement and parent or guardian retains legal custody.

St. Louis Life: Offers apartment residential opportunities in addition to job placement/coaching, social, educational and recreational activities and many other support services. Will be responsible for participating in planned social activities and daily tasks such as food preparation and light housekeeping.

The Missouri Work Assistance Program (Welfare to Work): Participants are provided with vocational counseling, job readiness training, job placement assistance and supportive services.

Provides information and referral services for military families, military dependents, retirees and Scott DoD civilians.

Safe From The Start: Parenting classes offered based on the nurturing parenting curriculum.

The Family Care Clinics of Bates County Memorial Hospital are Rural Health Clinics specializing in Family Medicine.

Emergency room services

Provides preschool education services, teaching children academic and social skills to prepare them for kindergarten.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.
