Must be a US Citizen, US National, Legal Permanent Resident or a lawfully present immigrant and meet income guidelines to be eligible for the Marketplace. For MO Medicaid, must be MO Resident, US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident for more than 5 years and meet income guidelines. However, some pregnant people may qualify for Show Me Healthy Babies coverage if they are not US Citizens or a lawfully present immigrant.
Applicants should bring employment and income information (i.e. recent pay stubs, W-2's or tax returns) for anyone who works or has income proof of citizenship or legal immigration status and information on any employer provided health insurance coverage.

Services at our Downtown Campus include primary health care services for children, adolescents and adults, including specialty women's health services (OB/GYN and mammography screenings), podiatry, optometry, mental health, population health, a full range of dental health services for children and adults, pharmacy services, digital imaging, lab services, community health workers, community outreach services, insurance market place, and language interpreters on-site to translate in many languages.
