THEY MUST HAVE DOCTOR'S ORDERS/HEALTHCARE PROVIDER REFERRAL FOR DIABETIC SUPPLIES, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. MEDICATION PRESCRIPTIONS - SCRIPT IN HAND OR SCRIPT MAY EXIST AT PARTNERING KCMC PHARMACY (HY-VEE) FOR ASSISTANCE. Provides emergency assistance with medical needs including prescriptions (no controlled substances), enzyme prescriptions, dental emergencies (does not include dentures), diabetic supplies, durable medical equipment, incontinence briefs, hearing aids, eye exams and glasses (no contacts). Does not cover emergency room visits, pre-existing medical expenses, routine doctor's visits or hospitalization.
