Develops a coordinated delivery system of services to assist and enable older Missourians age 60 years and older to remain in their own homes as long as possible. Services include Activities of Daily Living Assessment, Area Agencies on Aging, Extreme Cold Warming Centers, and Specialized Information and Referral.

Aging Ahead provides supportive services to residents 60 years and older as well as to caregivers in the St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson area in Missouri. Services include nutritious meals, Community Centers, Caregiving Services through the National Family Caregiver Support Program to include Caregivers of Older Adults, Older Adult Caregivers 55+ of people 18-59 with a disability, 18-59 with Alzheimer's or other dementias, relative caregivers 55+ caring for children under 18 who are not their own children, Case Management and more.
