Mid-America Rehabilitation Hospital is an acute physical rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment of patients who have experienced a disabling injury or illness. Treatments for people with spinal cord injury, stroke, cardiac, neurological, orthopedic challenges or individuals with amputations are treated. Also provide pain management and aquatic therapy. Multidisciplinary care teams that work on brain injury, spinal cord injury, limb loss, and stroke patients.

Mid-America Rehabilitation Hospital has Inpatient, Outpatient and Day Treatment Programs that help individuals with challenges such as brain injury, stroke, cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, spinal cord injury and assist with pain management. There are also family education groups, support groups, outdoor mobility court, transitional living apartments and aquatic therapy. A specialized brain injury unit is available for those individuals who have experienced a brain injury and need a low stimulation environment.
