Missouri Ozarks Community Action, Inc. (MOCA) Head Start is a federally funded comprehensive child development program for children ages 3 to 5. MOCA Head Start provides Education, Nutrition, Health, Mental Health, Dental, Social Services, Parent involvement and Special services for children with disabilities. Focuses on delivering high-quality child development services to children from low-income families; our program is family-centered and respects the parents as the primary educators and nurturers of their children.
